This rest area is right next to the escalator that goes down to the basement, on the right side of the entrance on the first floor of Espal Main Building (next to Starbucks). You can see it from the outside, but the entrance is on the right side immediately after entering the station building. If you come out of the conventional line ticket gate on the second floor and go to the left, you will find it right in front of you when you go down the escalator.
