At the top of Kankakei Gorge, if you walk along the ridge from the summit ropeway, you'll find Shibouchou.
There are tables that can seat four people, as well as an Azumaya (a type of traditional Japanese pavilion).
The view of Kankakei Gorge from here is absolutely stunning!
If you climb a little further, you'll find the "Sora no Tama" (Sphere of the Sky), an art piece.
It's a great photo spot, so don't miss it.
