There's an observation deck right off the escalators from the boarding floor at Kitakyushu Airport.

There are decks on both the north and south sides, and this time we're on the north side.

There are five benches on the north side, and you can see the planes from a balcony-like area.

You can also see the planes from the benches, from the backrest side, though.

I flew home on Star Flyer!

You can see a JAL plane too.

It's a beautiful observation deck, so it was perfect for killing time.

There's also a foot bath on the south observation deck on the opposite side. How unique!

Also, I recommend these benches nearby.
