From the east-west connecting passage on the bridge, you'll come out to the West Exit, where you'll find a taxi stand on the second floor with a circular bench surrounding a pillar. There are also two more circular benches and two stone single-person seats near the taxi stand, but since I couldn't determine if they were exclusively for taxi users, I only counted the single circular bench located a little further away. It's possible that the benches and stone seats near the taxi stand are also available for everyone to use.
