It's located at the far end of the space within the Tsuruga Station exchange facility, Olpark, where souvenir shops and soba/udon restaurants are lined up.
Tsuruga Station has changed quite a bit since my last visit a while ago. The Hokuriku Shinkansen will begin operating to Tsuruga Station in the spring of 2024. They were also constructing the Shinkansen platforms at the station, and the area in front of the station was also being developed. I'd love to visit again in a few years and see how Tsuruga Station has transformed!
