The Shoshazan Ropeway's Sanroku Station is about a 30-minute bus ride from Himeji Station, but we'll introduce it as a transportation hub.
The Shoshazan Ropeway operates every 15 minutes, starting at 8:30 in the morning. The operating hours vary depending on the season, but the last ride is between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
Until a few years ago, there was an old observation deck, but it was renovated in March 2022 and reopened as "Mio Rosso Shosha." It was named with the hope of "overlooking the Harima Plain" from the observation terrace.
There is an observation terrace, an indoor rest area, and restrooms.
The indoor rest area is equipped with long benches with tables.
