There's a large sign featuring yokai (Japanese ghosts/spirits) in front of the station, and it's set up beneath it.
I initially thought it might be seating for people waiting to enter a restaurant, but the sign says "Welcome to Mizuki Shigeru Road," so I figured anyone can use it!
