Many seats are available in the park, a few minutes' walk from Fukuroi Station, where you can stroll around the Tabata Adjustment Pond.
The adjustment pond is a pond used to temporarily store and regulate floodwaters to reduce the maximum water flow, and then release them after the flood has passed.
There were many lights when I took the photo, probably for an illumination event.
