Shiba Park and Tokyo Tower are right near Akabanebashi Station!
Shiba Park is a large park, and today we're going to introduce the area called the Physical Fitness Measurement Health Promenade, located in Shiba Park's 17th district.
To get to the Physical Fitness Measurement Health Promenade, exit Akabanebashi Station from the Akabanebashi Exit and you'll find it in the park area on the corner of the Sakurada-dori intersection.

You can enjoy a powerful view of Tokyo Tower from the promenade.
It's a romantic spot because it's lit up at night ♪

There are benches for two people lined up at just the right intervals.
It's perfect for a break when you visit Tokyo Tower, and it's also recommended for those with children and families ♪

In a part of the park, there was a spot where the canola flowers were blooming beautifully!
Even though there's an expressway and a main street nearby, it's a relaxing place to take a break.
I think it's a bench you can use when you want to eat lunch near Tokyo Tower.

Oh yes, since it's called the Physical Fitness Measurement Health Promenade, there are equipment to measure forward bends and body balance.
This forward bend is quite tough!
Pen-ta barely got a negative result. My body is stiff...
Shiba Park also has sports facilities such as baseball fields and tennis courts.
It seems that the installation of exercise equipment in Shiba Park in the Meiji era marked the beginning of exercise facilities in parks in Tokyo.
Also, check out the "Shiba Park No. 18 District Plaza Bench" near the entrance of Tokyo Tower, as it has health equipment and wonderful benches!
So, why not use it as a place to take a break around Akabanebashi Station?
