You know, Akasaka Biz Tower is actually part of Akasaka Sacas.
Akasaka Sacas is the collective name for the area, including Biz Tower, TBS, Akasaka BLITZ, and the ACT Theater.
(I didn't know because I don't usually go there!)
Biz Tower has shops and dining on the B1 to 2nd floors, with restaurants and stores.
Outside the tower's shopping area, you'll find the TBS Store, as you might expect.
To get to Akasaka Biz Tower, take the escalator up from Exit 1 of Akasaka Station on the Chiyoda Line.
Then, let's go outside the tower.

You'll find two benches around the trees where you can sit and relax.
They can accommodate around 13 people.
Since there's a rest spot on Akasaka's main street, it's very convenient.

This seems like a great place to meet up in Akasaka. It's spacious, so it's also suitable for groups to gather.
If you're a business person, you could use this space to make phone calls or check documents before a meeting.

There are also two wooden benches for two people on the restaurant side of the tower.
However, since they're near the restaurant's bay window, it might not be the most relaxing spot depending on the situation.
But I think the corner space on the right side of the photo is great!

It's a concrete jungle surrounded by buildings, but the benches are surrounded by trees, making it a perfect spot for a break.
Also, it seems like a great place to eat your Akasaka lunch.
If you want to take a break in a spacious area with a sense of openness in Akasaka, then "International Shin Akasaka Building East Refresh Square near Starbucks" is recommended, so be sure to check it out!
So, why not take advantage of Biz Tower and use these spots to sit and relax in Akasaka?
