To get to Tokyo Garden Terrace, go through the Akasaka underground walkway from Akasaka-mitsuke Station, towards exits B, C, and D, and then proceed towards exit D.
Alternatively, you can access it directly from Exit 9a of Nagatacho Station.
Tokyo Garden Terrace is an area based on the concept of a multi-complex urban area, featuring offices, commercial facilities, and gardens.
And, there's a seating area on the 3rd floor of Tokyo Garden Terrace, "Sora no Hiroba" in front of the escalator near "Ningyocho Imahan," a sukiyaki and shabu-shabu restaurant.

There are 9 single stone benches installed.
"Sora no Hiroba" is a spacious area where the remains of Akasaka-gomon Gate are preserved, and it seems to be used as an event venue.
Also, on the high ground up the stone steps, benches are lined at regular intervals, allowing you to enjoy the view of Benkei-bori Moat, high-rise buildings, and the Shuto Expressway right in front of you.

It's nice to spend time on these benches, gazing at the scenery, or relaxing and taking a break on a date.
The station access is also good, as it's close to the subway exits of Nagatacho Station besides Akasaka-mitsuke.
It's also convenient as a place to eat lunchboxes in Akasaka-mitsuke and Nagatacho.
Regarding congestion, it was observed around 4:00 PM during Golden Week, and there were only 2 people using it.
It's not a rest area that gets very crowded, so you can relax and take a break♪
In addition, the table seats indoors "Tokyo Garden Terrace 2F Kioi Tower Front" is also recommended, so be sure to check it out!
So, why not use it as a seating rest area around Akasaka-mitsuke Station and Nagatacho Station?
