To get to Tokyo Garden Terrace, you can go via the Akasaka Underground Pedestrian Passage from Akasaka-mitsuke Station, towards the B, C, and D exits of Akasaka-guchi, and then proceed towards the D exit.
Alternatively, you can access it directly from Exit 9a of Nagatacho Station.
Tokyo Garden Terrace is an area designed with the concept of a mixed-use urban area, featuring offices, commercial facilities, and a garden.
And there's a resting place with seating in the outdoor area on the 3rd floor of Tokyo Garden Terrace, in a circular plaza called the "Garden of Sprout."

Stone benches that can accommodate about 40 people are installed in the circular garden.
The rest area is well-maintained and spacious, allowing you to relax without being crowded even on weekends and holidays.
A notable feature of the Garden of Sprout is that it is a "pet-friendly resting place," with leash hooks and a drinking water area for pets.
Because of this, I saw several people with their dogs when I checked out the rest area.

Water channels are set up along the circular shape of the garden, making it a resting place like an oasis in the heart of the city, where you can relax while listening to the sound of a stream.
It's what you'd expect from Kioicho.
On the other hand, if you go towards Shimizu-dai Park, you'll find a semi-circular stone bench that surrounds the planting.

This bench is located in a place that is shaded by the surrounding trees, so you can rest in the shade even when the sun is strong.
After passing this bench, you can go to the "Forest of Light" biotope zone.
According to the official website, it has the role of an "ecological network hub," which is quite cool in a foreign way, and you can enjoy the artistic Kioicho.
Also, nearby, there is a "rest area in front of Akasaka Prince Classic House" where you can enjoy a luxurious atmosphere with history and classic art, which is also recommended, so please consider it as well.
Since the surroundings are walking paths, it might be a good idea to stop by and use them as a resting point during a date in Akasaka.
So, why not try using these as resting places around Akasaka-mitsuke Station and Nagatacho Station?
