You can walk to Yokohama City Hall from either Bashamichi Station or Sakuragicho Station. There are benches on the Honmachi-dori side of City Hall.

This area is called the South Plaza. The gardening and white benches are beautiful.

I took a picture because the rectangular benches are also beautiful. The illumination of the benches is also wonderful.
When I visited at night, there was no one there, so I was able to relax and rest on the benches, even though it's close to a main street.

Also, the benches by the water nearby are also recommended.
