There's a small plaza along the Kanda River near Nakano-shimbashi Station.

Nakashin Plaza is located along the sidewalk after crossing the vermilion Nakano-shimbashi Bridge.

This plaza is equipped with restrooms. There's also a water fountain near the stools.

The decorative object on the bottom right is a bronze giboshi (ornamental finial), which used to be on the main pillars of Nakano-shimbashi Bridge.

There were three two-seater benches on the promenade side of the Kanda River.
It seems like a good place to meet up or have your lunch.

By the way, the scenery of the Kanda River stretches out like this. Water birds such as ducks were playing there.
When it's crowded, there's a pocket park nearby too.
So, why not use this place as a resting spot with seating near Nakano-shimbashi Station?
