"Vacant Green Space"
You'll find the Tamagawa Josui Eizoji Green Space just across the Koshu Kaido road from Shimotakaido Station.

Eizoji Green Space is located near Koshu Kaido and the Shuto Expressway.
There are about 10 benches in the green space. It's a walking path surrounded by greenery.
Tamagawa Josui was created to lay out a water channel in Edo city. It is now culverted, and a green space has been formed on top of it.
Therefore, it is lower than Koshu Kaido and the surrounding roads, and the ground is damp, so there is a feeling of stickiness.
There are benches in slightly higher places as well.
Overall, it is humid, and there were not many people because there are many insects in spring and summer.
However, it's a good point that you can enjoy seasonal plants such as hydrangeas.
It's like a walking path, but some parts are not maintained.
There is a men's toilet.
