If you go up a little on the pedestrian deck at Tama Center Station, you'll find Hello Kitty Street.

It's around the top of the hill plaza. It's the street that leads to Puroland.

There are benches in front of Ito-Yokado.

There are also benches at the Hilltop Patio.
I personally like this area because it feels like a theme park.

There are places to sit among the plantings.

Since McDonald's is nearby, there are many people who take out and eat on the benches because they couldn't get a seat at McDonald's.

So, why not use these places as rest areas where you can sit down around Odakyu Tama Center Station?
