From Chitose-Karasuyama Station's North Exit, head down Karasuyama-dori Street and cross Koshu Kaido to find the Elsa Setagaya Tower.

Next to the Elsa Tower, a tower mansion, is Nishinoya Park.
There were benches scattered throughout the park.

A long bench where you can sit and relax.

There are also benches under the pergola.

I used it as a break on my way to visit the temple town of Karasuyama.
