"The Scent of Renaissance"
If you walk from Tenjin Station towards Deai Bridge, past the Fukuoka City Hall, you'll find Tenjin Central Park and the former Fukuoka Prefectural Hall Guest House.

Actually, there are two Tenjin Central Parks, and this time we'll be looking at the side near Deai Bridge.
The former Fukuoka Prefectural Hall Guest House is a classical French Renaissance-style Western-style building.

There are many places to sit.
It's convenient for eating your lunch or takeout.

FUKUOKA!
Since I came all the way from Tokyo to survey the benches, I made sure to take a picture of the monument.

There are some stairs near the cafe.

There were two benches on top of the stairs.
They are unique benches.

If you want to feel the Renaissance atmosphere, please go to these benches.
Not many people climb the stairs, so it might be a good date spot.

Oh yes, you can also sit on the way up the stairs.
Perhaps while enjoying a takeout coffee from the cafe.

There are also public restrooms.
So, why not use these as resting spots near Nakasu-Kawabata Station?
