There's a bench near the sports center (Oasis) at Bunkyo Green Court.

It's around the narrow path on the bottom left of the map.

There are several benches.
The area near the entrance seemed quieter and more comfortable.

There's also a bench in front of the sports center, but there are a lot of cyclists there.

It seemed like a good place to meet up when using Oasis.
