It seems the RIKEN (The Institute of Physical and Chemical Research) used to be here.
An oasis for researchers. Apparently, Nobel laureates and prominent researchers gathered here.
If you just sit and relax on a bench at the former RIKEN site, you might come up with some ideas.
It's strange, but when you're walking or just sitting and spacing out, ideas and things you want to do often come to mind.

There are also rows of benches on the shop side of Bunkyo Green Court.
It's also a great place for a quick forest bath in the city center.
