"The mini Indian elephant is cute"
Renko-ji Temple is located a short walk from Hon-Komagome Station along the Komagome Gakuen side road.

It seems that it was originally founded in Yushima and moved here after being damaged in the Great Fire of Meireki.
There are graves of the explorer Tokunai Mogami and the Confucian scholar Kinka Hirano.

There are three two-seater benches.
The benches feel like they're by a pool.

The mini Indian elephant I saw in the main hall is cute.
Although it doesn't seem to be in the Indian style?

The cherry blossoms are beautiful in spring. There are also benches for viewing the cherry blossoms.
Why not use them when you visit?
So, why not use this as a relaxing rest area near Hon-Komagome Station?
