A short walk from Nogata Station through the shopping street, you'll find the Nogata Shopping Street Fureai Plaza.

This plaza has a stage at the back. There are also water fountains and public restrooms.

Since it's a "fureai" (interaction) plaza, I wonder if they hold events here too!

There are benches at the edge of the plaza.
One is the type you can sit on. It looks like a great spot to enjoy a light lunch or some onigiri (rice balls).
