"Ainu Culture"
If you walk from Sapporo Station towards the JR area via the underground walkway, you'll find a space called Minapa.

A space with distinctive ceiling patterns and pillars is located in the center of the underground walkway.

This space is named Minapa.
Minapa is a space dedicated to sharing Ainu culture. Minapa means "many people laughing."

Minapa has large tables and stools.

It's easy to use for meeting up near Sapporo Station or for taking a break at Chika-ho.

And what caught my eye was the big owl!

It's Kotan-kor-kamuy, the guardian deity of the kotan (village).

Also, if you go further, there's a theater, exhibitions, and stools.

In the showcase, there's a work called "Nushi."
The current style wooden carving of someone in a web conference is cute and nice.
So, why not use this area as a place to sit and relax near Sapporo Station?
