On the 2nd floor of the Higashimurayama City Hall, there's an exhibition and study corner, equipped with about 10 tables.
It seems to be used as a self-study space for students.
Of course, it seems like anyone can use it.
They also lend out Wi-Fi routers for study purposes to students, which is a great new initiative!
