"Quietly in a residential area"
Suwa no Mori Park is located a short walk from Takadanobaba Station towards Nishi-Waseda.

It's a park with a lawn next to Suwa Shrine.
I found it by chance while walking through the residential area!

The entrance from the residential area is small, and you can reach it by going up the stairs.

There's a mini slide that makes use of the slope.
I didn't expect a spacious park to be located behind this.

Next to the main hall of Suwa Shrine, with benches.
There's also a spinning plaything (I haven't seen one in a while).

There are relatively many benches in the park, so it seems like it can be used when you want to eat lunch in Takadanobaba or Nishi-Waseda.

There are also swings, slides, and a sandbox.
It's a surprisingly well-equipped park. Let's borrow the restroom when visiting Suwa Shrine.
So, how about using it as a rest area near Nishi-Waseda Station?
