"Rooftop of a Famous Building"
A short walk from Nakameguro Station will take you to the Meguro Ward Office.

The Meguro Ward Office is a Showa-era architectural masterpiece, with its imposing louvers and temple-like structure being particularly beautiful.
It was designed by the master architect, Togo Murano.

On the rooftop of the Meguro Ward Office, you'll find the Meguro 15th Garden (rooftop garden).
It's open only on weekdays from 9:00 to 16:30.

This rooftop square is a mix of modern objects and bonsai gardens.
The building's lattice work is quite beautiful, isn't it?

There are several benches.
It looks like a lizard came to play, too!

It's a precious spot in Nakameguro where you can look up at the sky and just relax.

There are mini tables between the lattice work, and some people were enjoying their packed lunches there.

The other side is a bonsai area. There are no benches, but you can still enjoy the bonsai.
This might be nice for foreign visitors to Japan as well.

There are three Shigaraki-yaki pottery figures.

They seem to be relaxing.
Let's relax and take it easy in Nakameguro too.
So, why not consider using this as a resting spot around Nakameguro Station?
