A short walk from the grand torii gate of Izumo Taisha Shrine, you'll find the Jyou-no-ike Pond.

I went there by taking a bus from Izumoshi Station, then walking from Inasanohama Beach.

On the right, there's the Jyou-no-ike Pond, and there are stone benches around it.

There aren't many benches, but you can take a break by the pond.

There's also a gazebo in the back.

There were many spot-billed ducks resting peacefully, which was very cute.

Let's use the benches to take a break while we're visiting the shrine.

So, why not consider using these rest areas around Izumotaishamae Station?
