Ginza Six is one of the commercial facilities in the Ginza numbering system (Ginza Five, Ginza Nine) located under the JR line overpass. It's a 13-story department store that opened in April 2017 along Ginza Street, breaking away from the underpass.
It's also a challenging commercial facility that has adopted the "tenant system," where space is rented out, instead of the department store's "purchasing system."
To get to Ginza Six, you can access it from Exit A2 or A3 of Ginza Station, and it's located next to Ginza Core.
(For some reason, Exit A3 is always under construction, so it's best to walk from Exit A2.)

The image above is the floor map of Ginza Six 1F.
There is a "Citizen Flagship Store" at number 20 under the tourist bus interchange on the Mihara-dori side.
There is a place to sit and rest at the corner in front of that Citizen store.

There was a circular stone bench that could seat about 20 people.
The large planting in the center of the bench is a landmark.
Since it's a wide pedestrian walkway, there's plenty of space in the rest area, and you can relax more than you'd expect.
Since it's not the main road, there weren't too many tourists or shoppers passing by.
It might be convenient as a meeting spot around Ginza Six.
You can also use it to have a break and drink something you bought nearby.
Also, the "GINZA SIX 2F Mihara Terrace Table Seats" right next to it is highly recommended, so please check it out too!
So, why not use it as a place to sit and rest around Ginza while you're shopping at Ginza Six?
