"At Hakata's General Guardian Shrine"
A short walk from Kushida Shrine Station will take you to Kushida Shrine, a familiar sight in Hakata.

This is a historic shrine where the Hakata Gion Yamakasa and Hakata Dontaku festivals, as well as the Hakata Okunchi festival, are held.
Many tourists were also visiting.

Kushida Shrine has an indoor rest area.

It's open from 10:00 to 16:00.
There is also an outdoor rest space, which is recommended for a relaxing break when visiting.

It was a great help as it was hot outside.

The Yamakasa, with its overwhelming scale of 8 meters in height.
