You'll find Act City Hamamatsu to your right as you head out of the north exit of Hamamatsu Station. You can also access Act City from the 2nd floor of the Hamamatsu Station building, MAYONE.
And, there's a space called Sunken Plaza in the outdoor area of Act City.

Sunken Plaza is an open area in the underground space, one step down from the ground level of the main street.
It was used by many people as a relaxing space that blends into the urban landscape.

There were stone benches around the trees. Approximately 15 people can sit there.
There's also a FamilyMart in Act City, so it seems useful when you want to eat a boxed lunch in Hamamatsu.

There is a water flow object in the center of Sunken Plaza. It looks cool in the summer and was familiar as a place of relaxation for children.
There are also places to sit near the object, so it's convenient to remember as a rest area or meeting place near Hamamatsu Station.
So, why not try it out as a place to take a break near Hamamatsu Station?
