Following the elevation of the Enshu Railway, which once ran on the ground, the space where the tracks used to be has been developed as a promenade.
There are planters at the entrance, creating a lovely view.

This promenade leads to the Toyoko Inn, and there are plantings on both sides, creating a green environment.
There are also areas where flowers are planted, and efforts have been made to create a space where you can feel relaxed, even though it's an inorganic space.

There were stone stools placed on the promenade. The seat is made of wood, so it seems like a good place to take a short break.

There was also a wooden bench for three people.
Since it has handrails, you can sit down and relax slowly.

The photo is a little blurry, but there is also a public toilet that supports ostomates.
The rest area next to the Toyoko Inn, a little further along the promenade, is also recommended.
So, why not try using these spots as places to take a break around Hamamatsu Station?
