Shibaura Canal Embankment Green Space is located at the corner of Shibaura Canal near Seavans, and is also accessible on foot from Hinode Station on the Yurikamome Line.
First of all, what is Shibaura Canal?
It flows between Hamamatsucho and Tamachi, and since office buildings such as the Tokyo Gas headquarters, Hamamatsucho Building, and Seavans are lined up nearby, it is also known as the "Salaryman Canal."
By the way, to get to Shibaura Canal Embankment Green Space, you can access it via the pedestrian deck from the south exit of Hamamatsucho Station.

The pedestrian deck connects from the "Hinode Pier area" located in the lower left of the Hamamatsucho Station map.
And, after walking to the end of the pedestrian deck and going down the stairs, you will find Seavans after walking straight for a while.

This is Seavans, where there are office buildings and commercial facilities.
If you go through the atrium of Seavans and head towards the canal where the water plaza is, you will see the Shibaura Canal Embankment Green Space!

There were four 2-seater benches with triangular roofs placed at the corner of the canal.
It was surrounded by trees and was located after passing through a small promenade.
Since it's a corner bench, it's nice to be able to overlook the canal!

I sat on the bench!
The scenery is like this, with buildings and apartments leading to the canal, and you can see Minamihashi Bridge in front.
By the way, Minamihashi Bridge is National Route 130, and it is the second shortest national highway in Japan!
(The manager, Penta, was once obsessed with the rough roads, so this is great, lol)

I went down to the canal from the rest area.
There are also single-person benches here, so you can take a break while enjoying the canal more closely!
I feel like this resting place would look beautiful at night with the night view of the canal and the lights of the buildings!

By the way, I visited in the summer, but there were no people at all.
It's empty and you can rest quietly, so the atmosphere of the rest area is great!
For those who want to take a break here while holding a coffee in one hand!
There's Doutor (weekdays only), Lawson, and McDonald's at Seavans A-Mole nearby, so let's take out a drink and relax here~.
Also, this Shibaura Canal Embankment Green Space seems to be famous as a Seabass spot!
It seems you can aim for Seigo and Suzuki~.
Also, if you want to take a break at an indoor table seat, "Seavans A-Mole 1F table seats" is recommended, so please stop by!
So, why not use it as a resting place with seating around Hamamatsucho?
