Hamamatsucho Square is a 20-story high-rise building developed by Tokyu Land Corporation, primarily housing offices.
To get to Hamamatsucho Square, exit Hamamatsucho Station on the JR Line or Tokyo Monorail, go through the World Trade Center Building, and cross the main street leading to Zojoji Temple's Daimon gate.
Hamamatsucho Square is located next to the main building of Bunka Hoso, where Denny's is located, and the building with Tully's Coffee.
You can access it directly from Exit B1 of the Toei Line.
And, there was a place to sit and take a break from the Bunka Hoso side of Hamamatsucho Square towards the back of the building.

Many single-seater stone benches were installed.
There are a few benches on the Bunka Hoso building side, and the main area is on the back side, near the Chinese restaurant in the photo.
It's really just a quick sit, perfect for a short break!
As for congestion, I checked on a Saturday, so there were no office workers, and it was a quiet atmosphere.

The surface is smooth and well-polished. The comfort is as you see.
Since Lawson is on the 1st floor of the nearby Bunka Hoso building, you might want to use it if you want to eat lunch in a hurry, within a range that doesn't cause any inconvenience.

The street in front of the benches is one-way, so there isn't much traffic, even in Hamamatsucho.
However, there were a lot of parked cars, which bothered me a little.
Rather, there were people stopping their cars and taking a break here.
Compared to the World Trade Center, there aren't many places to sit around here...
So, I introduced this break area.
So, why not try using it as a seating area for a break around Hamamatsucho?
