There's a park just beyond Create SD, the only shop you'll find after exiting Hazawa Yokohama-kokudai Station.

Hazawa Nagatani Park. It's quite small.

 

There are six benches that seat three people each.
There's a water fountain, but no restrooms.

 

Since the freight line is right next door, you can see the freight trains.
Other than that...it's a simple park with just a sandbox.

 

Also, there are chairs in front of the station if you prefer an indoor space.
