Head towards Exit A3 of Higashi-Shinjuku Station, and you'll find Eastside Square at the top of the escalators.

There's a space called the North Square when you go up the stairs near the building that houses the Square Enix headquarters.

It's a bit hilly, and it feels like a Dragon Quest field.
There are long, white stone benches dotted around.

There's also a space with trees next to the square, and there are benches to sit on.
It's also a convenient place to remember for eating lunch in Higashi-Shinjuku. And there's a Lawson nearby!

There are objects that look like they belong in a ruin (dungeon)!

And of course, there are benches. They're plain but have a sense of weight.
I think it would be great to do remote work in Shinjuku with this object as a backdrop...!

There's also an old map hidden in the square. Try to find it!
This area was called Okubo Village, and it's said that the hollow between Higashi-Okubo Village and Nishi-Okubo Village is the origin of Okubo.

There are spots that are sure to look great on Instagram, so how about it as a minor date spot in Shinjuku!?
By the way, there's also a cave-like rest space on the first floor of the square.

So, how about using it as a place to take a break and sit down around Higashi-Shinjuku Station?
