To get to Kirarina, you can enter from the right side of the ticket gates at Kichijoji Station on the Keio Line.

From the JR side, you can access it from near the Keio Line escalators after exiting the South Ticket Gate (Park Exit).

You can go up to the 4th floor by escalator, and there's a place to sit and rest at "Kirarina Square" in the upper center of the map!

There are many cushion chairs installed, and about 25 people can use them.
