There's a parking lot near the Junjo Shopping Street and Koshin-dori Shopping Street, a short walk from the north exit of Koenji Station.
There's a bicycle parking area and a plaza along the shopping street, where you can find reasonably priced greengrocers and restaurants.
There's a small plaza next to the bicycle parking area, with benches where you can sit and relax.
Although it can be a bit busy, it's a good place to rest for a while.
