There's a park on the rooftop of the JR Tokyu Meguro Building, heading towards Gotanda from Meguro Station.
If you go past the bicycle parking area and follow the path, you'll see the stairs leading to the mini-park entrance.
Wow, I never knew this kind of location existed near Meguro Station!!
In the center of the circular park, there's a table that can seat 10 people.
It's also easy to use for families.
There are also places to sit around the park.
It seems like it could be used as a place to eat your lunch from Meguro.
It's a spot where you can relax while gazing at the buildings and airplanes taking off and landing at Haneda.
It seems like it would also be great for a date in Meguro!
However, it seems to be closed at night. If anyone knows what time it's open until, please let me know through the reviews!
