Motoyawata, where the Sobu Line, Toei Shinjuku Line, and Keisei Line intersect, is a historic town centered around Katsushika Hachimangu Shrine, with large commercial facilities like the "Chapeau" and "Patio" lining the streets.
By the way, there's a large shopping center called "Nikke Colton Plaza" in Motoyawata.
To get to Colton Plaza, head east from the south exit of Motoyawata Station, but there is also a free bus from the north exit!
By the way, "Nikke" seems to come from Nippon Keori (Japan Wool Textile). (It was originally the site of the Nikke Nakayama factory)
And, there's a place to sit and rest near the east entrance of Colton Plaza, on the side facing the Manma River!

There were four metal benches for two people each!
They are simple benches with chrome frames and mesh backs.
Since the Daiei store is right behind, it seems convenient for meeting people or organizing your luggage while shopping!
There are also other benches in Colton Plaza that could be used as meeting spots, so be sure to check them out!
So, why not use these spots as resting places around Motoyawata Station?
