Miyaji Gakki Hall has several halls for concerts and plays, and functions as a representative complex cultural facility of Koganei City.
Speaking of Musashi-Koganei, I remember there used to be a hall called Public Hall. This is its reincarnation.
Now, to get to Miyaji Gakki Hall, go out the south exit of Musashi-Koganei Station and cross the taxi rotary.
You should be able to access it without getting lost, as you can see the building from the south exit.

And in front of Miyaji Gakki Hall, near the bus stop, there were benches where you could sit and take a break.
They are installed at equal intervals with trees in between, and the sidewalk is wide, which is convenient when you want to take a short break near Musashi-Koganei Station!

There are also benches on the Aquwell Mall side, making a total of seven.
These benches can be used for waiting for the bus. Buses to Haneda Airport also depart from here.

These are wooden benches for two people. They seem to require a lot of man-hours, with many combinations of wood.
Unlike flat seats, your smartphone might slip through the gaps.
But since it's close to the station, it can also be used as a meeting place at Musashi-Koganei Station!
Also, buses to the Fuchu Driver's License Examination Center depart from here, and if you are accessing the examination center from the Chuo Line, it is easier to go from Musashi-Koganei.
- Take the Keio Bus from Bus Stop No. 6 at the south exit of Musashi-Koganei Station bound for "Tama-machi, Chofu Station," and get off at "Shikenjo Seimon Mae," then walk for 10 minutes.
- Take the Odakyu Bus from Bus Stop No. 5 at the south exit of Musashi-Koganei Station bound for "Mitaka Station," and get off at "Shikenjo Seimon Mae," then walk for 10 minutes.
