When you exit the North Exit of Musashi-Kosugi Station and head to the left, you'll find an area that combines a high-rise apartment building called Park City The Garden with commercial facilities.
In terms of location, it's just past the Tower Place, the first super-high-rise building in the Musashi-Kosugi area.

This entire area is called "COSUGI COMMONS," with the EAST area on the right and the WEST area on the left.
Commercial facilities, including bakeries, restaurants, and clinics, are located along the Nanbu Line roadside.

There's also a plaza and benches on the ground level of the EAST and WEST areas. The benches are scattered around the plaza.
The central part of the EAST area has a fountain, which is lively with children during the summer.

The WEST side has more benches, and it seems to be used as a place of relaxation for families and mothers with friends.
The two-seater benches seem perfect for social distancing, don't they?
As an aside, the Japan headquarters of GIANT, the world's largest bicycle manufacturer, is located a short walk along the Nanbu Line roadside in front of Park City.
And I also recommend the rooftop plaza in the WEST area!
So, why not try using these spots as places to take a break around Musashi-Kosugi Station?
