Located on the Sakura-dori side of JR Nagoya Station, you'll find the commercial facility "KITTE Nagoya" in JP Tower Nagoya.
To get to KITTE Nagoya, take the escalators in front of the Sakura-dori exit up to the 2nd floor terrace and go through the Gate Tower.
You can also access it from Meieki-dori street or the underground passage!
The glass-walled commercial facility and tower along Meieki-dori street is KITTE.
This time, we'll introduce a resting area near the left side of the map, marked with a red "you are here" marker.
It's located at the far left of KITTE Nagoya from Meieki-dori street on the ground level. It's on the Lucent Tower side.
At the end of KITTE Nagoya, there's an outdoor staircase that leads to the KITTE restaurant area called "BIMI yokocho" on the B1F floor.
Nearby, you'll find the KITTE step garden and Spaghetti House Yoko in B1F.

I visited during the Obon holiday, but no one was using them, so it's a hidden gem of a resting spot.
It's recommended when you want to take a break with a group or family near Nagoya Station.
It's outdoors, but the beautiful wooden tables and gourd-shaped stools are great.
By the way, it's under the eaves of the building, so you can rest while avoiding direct sunlight and rain!
Oh, that's strict! It seems that eating and drinking are prohibited...
I thought it would be the best spot for a lunch box, but that's a shame (lol)
If you prefer an indoor resting area, check out the sofa seats in the "KITTE Nagoya B1F BIMI yokocho Resting Area" right next door!
There are also table seats at the "KITTE Nagoya 1F Atrium / Bus Terminal Resting Area".
So, why not take advantage of KITTE Nagoya and use it as a resting spot in Nagoya?
