There's only one ticket gate for the Nambu Line at Noborito Station, but it splits into the Tamagawa entrance and the Ikuta Ryokuchi entrance from the pedestrian deck.
The Ikuta Ryokuchi side is the passageway to the Odakyu Line, and you can also walk towards Mukogaoka-Yuen from there.
Now, at the Tamagawa entrance of Noborito Station, there's the "Tama Ensen Road" that runs along the Tama River.

It veers away from the Tama River near McDonald's and becomes a roadway that runs under the elevated tracks of the Odakyu Line's Noborito Station.
And, I found a bench where you can sit and take a break on the sidewalk between Nippon Rent-A-Car and McDonald's in the photo!

Wow~ there's a wooden bench for three people here!
You can't quite see it because it's hidden, but there's a McDonald's at the intersection just a little further ahead.

It looks a little darkened because of the rain, but you can use it when you want to take a short break near Noborito Station.
The bench is subtly surrounded by greenery to hide it from the road, creating a blind effect.
It's just a simple bench, but it's nice that such consideration has been given♪
Nearby, there's the Kawasaki Municipal Tama Hospital, a large medical facility, so it's a good place to rest while you're going there.
Also, since it's close to Noborito Station, it seems like a good place to meet up with someone.
Also, be sure to check the benches in the rotary on the Odakyu side!
As a supplementary note, the Tama Ensen Road along the Tama River has a lot of traffic, so walking or cycling can be a bit scary. Therefore, if you're walking along the Tama River, I recommend using the promenade along the riverbank!
So, why not try using it as a place to take a break around Noborito Station?
