To get to Ochanomizu Sola City, it's just a short walk from the Holy Bridge Exit of JR Ochanomizu Station, across the Holy Bridge intersection.
And, right next to the main entrance of Sola City, you'll find a raised area with stairs where you can sit and take a break.

There are stone benches that can accommodate about 20 people.
Although the stone benches aren't exactly cushioned, they're a great option if you want to relax near Ochanomizu Station, away from the crowds.
When I checked on weekends and holidays, there was only one person using them, perhaps because the entrance to the benches isn't very noticeable.
You can enjoy a view of the JR lines, Awaji-zaka slope, and Yushima Seido from the front of the benches, making it a perfect spot to just chill out.
The building breeze is really pleasant in the summer, making it a comfortable place to rest.
I think it's a great idea to grab a drink at a cafe and enjoy it here.
Here's a video of me actually visiting these benches.
So, why not give it a try as a relaxing spot around Ochanomizu Station?
