You'll find "Lusca," a building directly connected to Odawara Station's east exit.
To get to Lusca, you can directly access the 2nd floor from the east-west free passage "Arc Road" and the pedestrian deck, which connect to the JR and Odakyu Line ticket gates.
And on the rooftop RF of Lusca, there's a rooftop garden called "Sky Garden U-me Terrace"!
With beautiful lawns stretching out, it's a kind of oasis in the city, perfect for taking a break ♪
The garden is open from 10:00 to 18:00 (until 17:00 from October to March).

There's a wooden deck next to the entrance of the rooftop garden, offering space to sit and relax.

There were five tables with four seats each.
Although it was raining on the day of the survey, as you can see, there's a tarp on the deck's ceiling, so you can take a break without getting wet, which is a great point!
It's also nice to be able to avoid direct sunlight when the sun is strong.

If you go further into the garden, you'll find a wooden deck and a pergola.
This is an area at the edge of the building, recommended when you want to relax and take a break away from the hustle and bustle of Odawara.
It seems that in the past, there was a scenic viewpoint from here where you could enjoy the view of Odawara Castle, but the view is currently obstructed due to the construction of a building...

What's more, you can use free Wi-Fi at the pergola! This is surprising.
You can connect for a maximum of 30 minutes at a time, up to 6 times a day! The rules are a bit detailed (lol)
Please refer to the "Lusca Odawara Official Website Free Wi-Fi Service" for the SSID and password.

The Sky Garden also has walking paths, which are recommended if you want to enjoy the greenery and flowers near Odawara Station.
Since it was the rainy season, hydrangeas were blooming in various places.

These are the tables that were placed on the wooden deck earlier. The seats were comfortable because they weren't made of steel.
It's also perfect for families with children and groups to take a break ♪
Please note that unfortunately, eating and drinking is prohibited.

Why not take a break while looking out at the garden full of greenery from the table!?
It's also nice to buy your favorite book on the floor below and read it while relaxing.
So, why not use it as a resting place near Odawara Station while you're shopping at Lusca?
