A short walk from the south exit of Ogikubo Station, you'll find Suginami Central Library.

The terrace of Suginami Central Library is called the Book Plaza, and it has many tables and benches.
Many people were having Web conferences and teleworking at these tables.

Open from 8:50 to 20:00 (until 17:00 on Sundays and holidays).

Although it's called the Book Plaza, it's a wonderful terrace.
There are tables in the forest surrounded by trees.

There are also bench steps where you can relax.
Reading in the forest is wonderful, isn't it?

There are wonderful wire-frame benches on the side of the Forest of Reading Park.
