OOTEMORI is a commercial facility directly connected to Otemachi Station, and its name comes from "Otemachi no Mori," which means "Otemachi Forest."
There is a restaurant area where you can find cafes & bars, meat bars, and Spanish cuisine, perfect for a casual visit by the office ladies of Marunouchi.
Even though it's a 1-minute walk from Otemachi, the underground shopping area spreads like a labyrinth.
So, how do you get to OOTEMORI!?

The Central Ticket Gate in front of the Tozai Line is the closest, and there is an entrance to OOTEMORI directly in front.
In terms of the subway layout, as shown in the floor guide above, the Tozai Line is on the left and the Marunouchi Line is on the right.
In other words, it's a good idea to remember that it's located between the Tozai Line and Marunouchi Line transfer!

When you actually go back and forth between the Tozai Line and Marunouchi Line, you will naturally come out to a spacious lobby floor like this.
And, I found a place to sit and take a break behind the escalators in the image above!

Many benches were installed.
I couldn't help but exclaim, "Wow! It's here!?"
This is because it's in a blind spot from the transfer passage of the Marunouchi Line and Tozai Line, so I hadn't noticed it until now.
The wall side is narrow, but there is enough space on the passage side, so it's good for families with children who want to take a break at Otemachi Station.

The ticket gates are also nearby, making it convenient as a meeting place in Otemachi.
Moreover, the lighting is dimmed to create a relaxing atmosphere, so you can take a rest slowly, which is a good point.
For office workers, it seems like a good place to remember when you want to kill time in Otemachi.
It can also be used for business meetings.
If you're not sure about the location, please use the route search at the bottom of the page!
So, why not use it for shopping at OOTEMORI or as a rest area with seats around Otemachi Station?
