ThinkPark is the name of an area redeveloped on the site of Meidensha's factory, with the 30-story ThinkPark Tower as its main office and commercial hub.
It features an extensive forest space, but it's not just about greening; it seems to embody the idea that "new ideas are born in nature"! It's just like the origin of ThinkPark's name!
To get to ThinkPark, exit the south ticket gate of Osaki Station, turn right, and you'll find it next to the Sony Building (now NBF Osaki Building) after crossing the Yume-san Bridge.

Looking at the ThinkPark floor guide, you'll see "ThinkPark Tower" in the center and "ThinkPark Arena" on the upper right.
And, there's a place near ThinkPark Arena, marked by a futsal court, where you can sit and take a break!

Many stone benches are set up around the planted trees.
It's easily accessible from the alley near the ThinkPark entrance, creating a park-like environment.
It's used as a place of relaxation for office workers, and you can see people eating lunch or using their computers to check emails.
It's well-maintained and has a pleasant environment, perfect for a quick break, even though it's close to the station.

Near the benches, there's a unique wall-type water object.
It seems like it would cool down the surroundings in the summer.
There were signs of children playing, with water splashed around, haha.
Nearby, there's a futsal court at ThinkPark Arena, and on weekdays, a futsal club for children is held, bustling with families with children.
There are many seats, making it suitable for families to take a break.
It seems like it could also be used as a meeting place in Osaki!
So, why not use ThinkPark as a place to sit and relax when you visit Osaki?
