This is the south exit of Seijogakuen-mae Station on the Odakyu Line.
From the station, let's head south on Seijo 6-chome Street towards the Toho Studio and Tokyo City University High School.
And then, you'll see a beautifully maintained small plaza near the NTT Kinuta Building!

The entrance has a slope, which is a great feature, making it a barrier-free design that's easy to use for those with strollers or wheelchairs.
By the way, you can access it in about a 1-minute walk from the "Tokyo City University High School" bus stop.

There are two stools with backs placed in the plaza.
They are cute stools. I think the armrest on one side is really stylish ♪

Because the surrounding area is a residential area and has a calm environment, I think it's recommended when you want to read a book in Seijogakuen.
It's a relaxing place to take a break.

Oh yes, this plaza is called "Seijo 1-23 Plaza".
1-23 means...? The address is 23-10, so it doesn't seem to be "one two three" (lol)

Seijo 1-23 Plaza has a lawn area and a slide for toddlers.
I think it's easy to use when you want to let your children play for a while.
It's a small plaza, but the space is well organized, and it was a resting space that I personally liked♪
Also, the table seats at "Meisei Park" nearby are recommended, so be sure to check them out♪
So, how about using it as a resting place with seats around Seijogakuen-mae Station?
