Sengawa, near Queens Isetan, has been stylishly renovated.
It's also great that you can walk to the home center Shimachu from Sengawa Station♪ When it opened, Kimutaku came for a TV program shoot and was riding an American-style bicycle, which was really exciting!
Now, there's Sengawa Station Square Park in front of Queens Isetan and MUJI!

It's a park in the station square... but since it's a little away from the station, it might be easier to say, "Let's meet at the park in front of Queens Isetan!"

Since we're here, I looked down from the deck on the second floor of Queens Isetan, where MUJI is located.
It was raining, so it didn't look so good overall, but it seems to be quite lively with families with children, and the population density is high.

In that station square park, there were many individual benches on a platform where you can sit and relax.
By the way, what is the fence in the photo? Is it a green wall?

More like a slatted bench...?
It seems useful when you want to eat lunch near Sengawa Station. How about buying some side dishes or snacks at Queens Isetan!

The play equipment placed all by itself is an "AIR PLANE."
At first, I thought it was a Shinkansen bullet train.

There was also play equipment with ropes in a net pattern (what was that called again?) and tire swings (under removal).
It seems like a good place to let children play near Sengawa Station.
Also, the "Queens Isetan 2F Terrace" in front of the park is highly recommended, so be sure to check it out!
And there's also the "Benches near Pivot Sengawa Sarutahiko Coffee" next to Queens Isetan.
Also, it's a great point that you can walk to "Yukemuri no Sato," which has a hot spring and an open-air bath, from Sengawa Station♪
So, why not use it as a place to rest and sit down around Sengawa Station?
